Associate

Yasmin is an Associate with experience in both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. She focuses her practice on domestic and international litigation, alternative dispute resolution, maritime arbitration, international commercial disputes, and corporate/commercial transactions. Yasmin also specialized in family law and criminal law while practicing in the UAE, where she gained experience in a variety of complex family disputes and criminal cases.

In Saudi Arabia, Yasmin counsels clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including private and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, public procurement and tenders, minority shareholder rights, legal due diligence, and general corporate advice. She also provides legal opinions and assessments of Sharia contract law and litigates in commercial disputes before Saudi Arabian courts, SCCA, and the ICC.

Yasmin is licensed in Dubai and obtained her LLB Honors with a minor in Political Science from Middlesex University. Yasmin is fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian.
