Salah’s expertise in litigation, corporate law and Islamic Banking spans over 40 years, with 25 of those years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Salah held several positions in his career, including as a member of the Attorney General’s office (Department of Legislation) where he assisted in drafting laws and regulations in addition to local and international governmental agreements. Salah possesses extensive knowledge in Saudi laws and regulations, as he was the senior legal advisor for several major companies in various industries including in the construction, manufacturing, and banking fields. Salah handled and participated in various merger and acquisition transactions notable of which was SAFCO’s merger with the National Chemical Fertilizer Company. Salah acted as the head of the Consultation Department at the Saudi Fransi Bank in Riyadh and also held the position of Senior Legal Advisor at the Arab National Bank where he participated in establishing the Arab National Investment Company, in addition to, drafting contracts between international entities. Salah participated in the standardization of contracts, agreements, and formal documents for the Arab National Bank and is considered an expert in handling complex litigation matters. Salah participated in a major lawsuit against an organization in the UK and reached an amicable settlement with favorable terms during his employment with Al Saghyir Group. Salah obtained his LLB (with Honors) from the University of Khartoum in Sudan and is fluent in Arabic and English.
