Our Associate Rima brings extensive legal experience from her various tenures at multi-regional firms. Actively contributing to significant projects in data protection and employment law, she showcases versatility in both Saudi and many other legal landscapes. Rima’s expertise extends to international litigation, having been based in the Paris offices of global firms dealing with conflicts of jurisdiction and law. Rima holds a Bachelor’s degree in French and Lebanese private and public law, a Master’s in Business Law, and a certificate in Cloud Computing Law, Data Protection, and Cybersecurity from Queen Mary University, London.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish and Russian, and additional skills in Chinese, Rima is linguistically versatile. Committed to ongoing learning, she boasts certificates in Negotiation Skills from the University of Michigan and Intellectual Property from the University of Pennsylvania. Rima’s professional repertoire includes drafting legal documents, contracts, and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) as well as M&As coupled with due diligence know-how. Notably, Rima worked on a new electoral law project with the Ministry of Justice in Beirut. She has played a pivotal role in advising insurance companies under different local and foreign laws, showcasing her adept understanding of complex legal arenas.
