Hazem is a partner with over 27 years of legal experience in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Hazem specialises in arbitration, litigation, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution.

He is an expert in capital-market transactions, including telecommunication, employment, administrative, commercial and labour law, as well as in arbitration matters covering disputes of a commercial nature to those involving specific aspects of Sharia law.

Hazem has extensive experience in drafting legal opinions to be submitted to the General, Administrative, Execution and Labour courts within the KSA. Hazem has successfully represented clients from various industry backgrounds pertinent to dispute claims exceeding, in several instances, tens and hundreds of millions of Saudi Riyals.
