Faisal acquired his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Dar Al Uloom University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Faisal has unique experience in several aspects of the law such as Bankruptcy Law, liquidations, corporate restructuring, and foreign investment. Faisal represents clients at Saudi courts in relation to litigation matters involving both local and international investors. In addition, Faisal represents our clients at the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA). Faisal’s extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations of MISA allow our clients to rely on his regulatory expertise to establish limited liability companies, joint stock companies, and branches of foreign entities. Faisal is fluent in Arabic and English.
