Dr. Mohamed is a Senior Associate holding a PhD in Comparative Law and is licensed by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice as an Arbitrator. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Mohamed advices clients on a breadth of issues including dispute resolution, drafts of general regulations, bylaws, resolutions, and contract formation. Prior to joining the Firm, Dr. Mohamed worked for over 17 years as a legal advisor with Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da’wah and Guidance in Riyadh. Dr. Mohamed successfully handled disputes related to real estate, commercial, intellectual property, labour, commercial securities, general administration, and telecommunications (including frequency spectrum and internet services disputes). In addition, Dr. Mohamed provided council in matters related to the drafting of over two hundred general laws and regulations in the Kingdom, in addition to GCC-wide regulations. Dr. Mohamed has extensive experience in providing legal and Sharia law compliant advice to clients in both the private and public sectors. Of note is Dr. Mohamed’s participation as a member of the legal team involved with the accession of the Kingdom to the World Trade Organization.
