Nawaf is a Saudi-educated Associate who received his Bachelor’s Degree from King Saud University and joined the firm directly after his graduation. Nawaf represents clients before various Saudi courts including Shari’a, Administrative, Commercial, and Execution courts, in addition to the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia. Nawaf represents clients on employment law matters, and has successfully participated in litigation matters involving various types of corporate/commercial disputes across multiple dispute resolution venues in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
